In private 1:1 sessions, you and Sonja will clarify the outcomes you wish to create, establish a process to achieve them, and manage the progress. In a safe environment, areas of resistance, undiscovered skills, and unmet aspirations can be uncovered through a trusting partnership and dialogue.

In each session, Sonja holds space for you as you design your process and co-create a path towards the expansive space within yourself where outdated patterns can be dismantled and positive fulfilling change can occur. These positive and encouraging sessions encompass the Whole Self and are for those who are:

Sonja’s Approach

 

Combining her 30+ years practicing meditation with her 20 years working as a Intuitive Coach, 15 years as a massage therapist & bodyworker and 6 years as a private cook, Sonja has gathered a collection of effective questions, exercises and healing protocols to help usher her clients into elevated new chapters of measurable growth and success.

Sonja helps her clients make these quantum leaps towards achieving their personal, professional, and lifestyle goals by guiding them towards and through clearing the body - on a cellular level - of outdated emotional attachments and patterns. By resetting and realigning the Fascial, Nervous, Parasympathetic, and Digestive Systems, new levels of relief, emotional awareness, mental clarity and physical performance can be achieved.

What’s Included

 
 
  • Weekly sessions are held via phone, FaceTime, WhatsApp or Zoom and typically run 60-75min in length

  • A Physical Wellness Plan - Whether you currently feel in alignment with your physical health or not, as you move forward, it is essential that the physical body serve as a stable and safe foundation for your expansion and growth. At the end of each session, you and Sonja will review any dietary changes, recipes, rituals, stretches & exercises, or lifestyle adjustments that may foster your growth between sessions.

  • Email & Text Availability - Sonja understands there are moments when questions arise and we need a grounding reminder of our capabilities. These correspondences are intended to help you realign and ground.

  • Personalized Care Packages - Packages are lovingly customized by Sonja to meet you in the present moment and intended to nurture your mind & body during this period of intentional change. See more information below.

What’s in each package?

Two batches of freshly blended Herbal Teas - After your most recent session, teas are blended in small batches and made specifically for you and your goals. Their intentions may include: soothing digestion, balancing hormones, relieving muscle tension, encouraging peaceful sleep, and easing emotional discomfort.

One custom blended Grounding or Recovery Essential oil - During this period of change, the practice grounding becomes a fundamental cornerstone in the evolution of self. When you are grounded, your circulation improves, aiding in the delivery of oxygen and nutrients to the tissues in your body. A recovery oil can also aid the body by relieving tired muscles, reducing inflammation and calming the Nervous system.

On The Go & In The Bag Essential Oil - When we leave the house, and surround ourselves with others (strangers or loved ones), essential oils can be applied to help promote feelings of safety, quiet anxiety, help us maintain focus and clarity.

One book - Over the years, Sonja has found and returned to many texts when furthering her own understanding of the Self, acquiring tools for self growth and spiritual centering. As you get to know one another, she will share texts that may inspire and resonate with you and your goals.

One Custom Blended Flower Essence - Drawing upon your own words and reflections, Sonja will create a custom Flower Essence blend for emotional release and growth. Flower essences can catalyze profound transformation through subtle energetic shifts and pair wonderfully with periods of soulful and intentional change. They are intended to be used before bed and upon waking.

One Self-Care Tool - Fasical health is essential component of the Whole Self. As Sonja learns more about your desired routine and wellness practices, she is invested in pairing you with tools that will compliment your routine and fascial patterns.

 

How will I receive my package?

Sonja will send the package directly to you. Each package will be roughly the size of a small shoe box.

When will I receive my package?

Packages will be currated, packaged, and sent between 4-6 weeks into your work with Sonja.

What if I have allergies?

There will be no surprises! These packages are about you and your preferences - with your health and comfort at the forefront. There will be time to share and review any allergies, flavor or scent aversions.
